How long does it take to prepare an order?

We typically need 2-3 days to prepare our Brst Bars. This ensures every Brst Bar is fresh and perfectly packed for you. However, if you need something a little sooner, please email us at hello@chocobrst.com.

Are you open for in-store shopping?

Not yet! We are currently online only as we finalize the opening of our store. We’re excited to welcome you in March 2025. Follow us on Facebook for updates and the official opening date announcement.

Will the store only sell chocolate bars?

Not at all! While our signature Brst Bars are a fan favorite, our store is filled with a variety of handcrafted chocolates and sweet treats—all made right here in-store. From our rich, solid chocolate bars and indulgent chocolate-covered snacks to beautifully crafted bonbons and exclusive gift sets, we offer a full lineup of handmade, small-batch chocolates you won’t find anywhere else.

We are proud to be the first and only chocolate shop in Jasper, Indiana, that makes all of our products in-house. Every piece of chocolate is crafted with care, using our own original recipes, ensuring the highest quality and a truly unique chocolate experience.

How does purchasing work when your store opens?

When we open our store, you’ll always find our chocolaty staples—like our solid chocolate bar line, chocolate-covered snacks, and gift sets—available for in-store shopping.

For our monthly menu drops, we’ll release a limited-edition selection of filled chocolate bars. These can be purchased in two ways:

1. Online for shipping – Order through our website and have your chocolates delivered straight to your door.

2. In-store shopping – Stop by our shop to browse and purchase directly.

💡 Insider Tip for Our Local Brsties: Our menu drops tend to sell out fast! If you want to make sure you don’t miss out, we recommend coming into the store as early as possible on drop days or placing your order online to secure your favorites before they’re gone.

We will have separate inventories for online and in-store purchases, and once they’re sold out, that’s it until the next menu drop!

What is a “Drop”?

A Drop is our monthly release of new and seasonal Brst Bar flavors and chocolate treats. Each menu is available for a limited time or until sold out.

 

What makes Choco Brst different from other chocolate shops?

At Choco Brst, we handcraft all of our chocolates in-house using our own secret recipes, making us the first and only chocolate shop in Jasper, Indiana, to create everything right here in our community. Every Brst Bar, bonbon, and chocolate treat you enjoy is made fresh in our store. We focus on small-batch, gourmet chocolate desserts that you won’t find anywhere else.

Do you offer gift sets or special occasion chocolates?
Yes! We offer gourmet chocolate gift sets, perfect for birthdays, anniversaries, holidays, and corporate gifting. Our selection changes throughout the year, but we always have beautifully packaged handcrafted chocolates that make the perfect gift. Looking for something custom? How often do you release new flavors?

We release a brand-new menu of filled chocolate bars every month! Our menu drops typically happen on the first Friday of the month at 4 PM EST, featuring limited-edition flavors that are only available while supplies last. Make sure to follow us on social media and become a Brstie Insider to get updates on new releases!

Do you offer sugar-free, gluten-free, dairy-free, nut-free, or allergy-friendly options?

At this time, we are not a certified allergy-free facility. Some of our chocolates may contain dairy, nuts, soy, and gluten. While we do our best to prevent cross-contamination, we recommend reaching out to us if you have specific dietary concerns.

How should I store my chocolates for the best taste?

To keep your chocolates fresh and tasting their best:

• Store them in a cool, dry place (60-70°F).

• Keep them away from direct sunlight and heat.

• Avoid storing chocolate in the refrigerator, as moisture can affect the texture.

If you need to store chocolates for an extended time, place them in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 3 months. When you are ready to enjoy, remove from the freezer and place in refrigerator for 24 hours before bringing chocolate back to room temperature.

 

​Are your chocolates made locally?

Yes! Choco Brst is the first and only chocolate shop in Jasper, Indiana, to make all of our products in-house. Every chocolate bar, bonbon, and treat is handcrafted right in our store using our own recipes. We take pride in being a locally owned, small-batch chocolate shop that is 100% Jasper-made.

Absolutely! During checkout, you can add a note with your requested delivery or event date, or email us at hello@chocobrst.com to coordinate.
