Shelf Life & Storage

To enjoy our filled Brst Bars at their best, they should be consumed within 4 weeks of being made. If you’d like to save them for later, they can be frozen to keep their freshness for up to 3 months. Just make sure to thaw them out and savor the sweetness when you're ready!

Our solid chocolate bars, Brst Bites, on the other hand, have a longer shelf life of 6 months. So, whether you indulge right away or save them for a special occasion, they’ll stay delicious for half year.

Allergen Information

At ChocoBrst, we take food safety seriously. However, please be aware that our facility handles a variety of allergens, including peanuts, tree nuts, soy, dairy, wheat, and eggs. While we do our best to prevent cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that our products are completely free from these allergens.

If you have severe allergies, we recommend using caution when enjoying our treats. Your safety and satisfaction are important to us, so feel free to reach out with any questions!

Our Brst Bars and Brst Bites are carefully handmade in small batches to ensure quality and uniqueness. Because of this artisanal process, the final product may vary slightly from what you see in the pictures. Each treat is a one-of-a-kind creation, crafted with care, so every bite brings you something special!

When to Expect Your Order

At ChocoBrst, we strive to get your treats to you as quickly as possible! Our typical processing time is 2 business days. However, during high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is any delay, we will notify you via email to keep you in the loop. Rest assured, your Brst bars are worth the wait!

Shipping Notice

Before placing your order, please double-check your shipping details! Once you've selected your shipping method and provided your address, we unfortunately cannot make any changes. Once a shipping label is created, we're unable to issue refunds or change the delivery address.

We also want to remind you to be mindful of the weather. If you're in a warmer climate and the temperature is above 70°F, there’s a chance your chocolate could melt during transit. We ship all orders with care, but please note that orders shipped in warmer months are at your own risk. This means we cannot offer refunds for melted or damaged items due to heat.

If you have any questions about your order or shipping status, please feel free to email us with your order number, full name, and address. We’re here to help make sure everything is sweet!

Returns & Exchanges

At this time, we're unable to offer returns or exchanges on our products. Due to the nature of our small-batch, handcrafted treats, and for sanitary and health reasons, once your order leaves our premises, we can’t take it back. We pour a lot of love into each Brst bar, and because of the time and care it takes to create them, returns aren’t currently possible.

However, your satisfaction is our top priority! If there’s an issue with your order—such as broken, damaged, or missing items—please reach out to us right away. Our customer service team is here to help, and we’ll do our best to make it right. Just send us an email explaining the situation, and we'll work to ensure you have a sweet experience with us.

Refund Policy

We understand that things happen! Refunds are available for orders that haven’t started fulfillment. If you need a refund, please email us with your order number, name, and the reason for your request. We’ll process your refund using the original payment method.

Please note, once fulfillment begins or a shipping label is created, we’re unable to process a refund, as your order is already on its way. Once your order has shipped, we’re unable to offer refunds.

Certification

​All employees of ChocoBrst have obtained a food handler certificate from a certificate issuer accredited by the ANSI. Upon request, ChocoBrst would be happy to provide a copy of the certificate. This product is home produced and processed, and the production area has not been inspected by the state department of health. NOT FOR RESALE. Mailing Address: 1510 Valley View Dr, Jasper, IN 47546. We are in the process of setting up our commercial kitchen for inspection. When this part of our business is complete, it will be announced.
